Dr. Reardon received her undergraduate degree from the University of Pennsylvania, and did post-graduate work at Harvard University. She completed her medical school and residency training at UNC-Chapel Hill. She joined CHIM in 1995. She is married and has two children. She is board certified in internal medicine.

Dr. Rosenberg is board certified in both cardiovascular diseases and internal medicine. In August of 2000 she was named a Fellow in the American College of Cardiology. She earned her MD at the Medical College of Pennsylvania and her EdD in exercise physiology at West Virginia University. She completed both her internal medicine residency and cardiology fellowship at the University of North Carolina Hospitals. She has been practicing at CHIM since July, 1997. Her interests include treatment and prevention of heart failure, hypertension, preventive cardiology and exercise in heart disease. Her hobbies include hiking, writing, reading and performing with her dog Casper on the Orange County APS Drill Team. Dr. Rosenberg accepts new cardiology patients by referral only.

Dr. Mort Malkin received his undergraduate degree from the University of California at San Diego and received his Medical Degree from the Chicago Medical School. He received his training in Internal Medicine at the University of Connecticut and in Gastroenterology and Hepatology at the University of Rochester. He was an Attending Physician in the GI and Hepatology Departments at the University of Rochester. He was in private practice in Ohio prior to coming to Chapel Hill Internal Medicine in 2000. Dr. Malkin is board certified in Internal Medicine and Gastroenterology, and is listed by the Consumers’ Research Council of America as one of “America’s Top Physicians.” He is an active member in the American College of Physicians, the American College of Gastroenterology, American Society for Gastrointestinal Endoscopy, and the American Gastroenterological Association. Dr. Malkin is accepting new gastroenterology patients by referral.

Dr. Brothers was born in Nashville, Tennessee and grew up in Los Angeles, California. He is married with three children, and has lived in the Durham/Chapel Hill community since 1979. Dr. Brothers earned his BA from Brown University and his MD from Tufts University. His medical residency was served at Boston City Hospital, after which he completed a fellowship in rheumatology at UNC. He is board certified in both internal medicine and rheumatology. He is a past chairman of the Board of Trustees of Durham Regional Hospital.

Dr. Hartman joined Chapel Hill Internal Medicine in 2001. She attended college at the University of Virginia, medical school at the West Virginia School of Medicine and did her internal medicine training at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. Dr. Hartman is board certified in internal medicine and practices general medicine (adult primary care). She lives in Chatham County with her husband and son.

Dr. Krasovich joined us after completing the residency program at UNC-Chapel Hill. A native of Wisconsin, she completed her undergraduate degree at University of Wisconsin-Madison, and her MD at the Medical College of Wisconsin. She lives in Chapel Hill with her husband and their two daughters. She is interested in all aspects of internal medicine, including women's health issues. She is board certified in internal medicine.

  Dr. Krasovich

Dr. Julia Tang received both her Baccalaureate and Medical Degrees from UNC-Chapel Hill. She joined the staff of Chapel Hill Internal Medicine in 2006, after completing her Fellowship in Gastroenterology at UNC–Chapel Hill. She is board certified in Internal Medicine and Gastroenterology. Dr. Tang was born in Hong Kong, and since she was seven years old, has lived in North Carolina. Dr. Tang is an active member of the American Society of Gastrointestinal Endoscopy and the American College of Gastroenterology. She is accepting new gastroenterology patients by referral.

Dr. Granger received his medical training at Washington University in St. Louis and at UNC-Chapel Hill. He is board certified in Internal Medicine and completed a research fellowship in Cardiology. Dr. Granger joins us after 13 years in private practice in Siler City, N.C. In addition, Dr. Granger has worked with UNC-Chapel Hill in training Internal Medicine residents, including some of our own physicians. We are extremely fortunate to add an associate for whom we already have high regard and who is familiar with the local medical community.
