Telephone Calls:
Our office staff have been trained to answer most questions. Calls that the doctors must return are usually made after hours unless they are of an urgent nature. A charge is made for telephone calls that require the amount of physician time usually required for an office visit. This charge is not covered by Medicare or managed care. Please remember: If you are waiting for a call to be returned from our office, you must remove any call blocks from your line.
